THI’s New Customer Engagement Portal

Providing best-in-class customer service is always our goal at Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. (THI) and in this effort we are pleased to announce our new customer engagement portal. The new web-based software will allow customers access to more self-serve options while utilizing an intuitive interface for easy navigation across the portal.

Specifically customers can:

  • Access / Review / Print - current and historical bills (January 2018 onward)
  • Make payments (online banking or credit card)
  • Compare water and electricity usage to previous invoices and billing period
  • Identify common causes for increased usage
  • Access smart meter information (current price, yesterday’s usage)
  • Access account transaction history
  • Compare invoices to other usage profiles in your area
  • Register for E-billing
  • Set-up usage and cost notifications
  • Manage multiple bills from 1 log-in
  • Provide guest access to people you deem appropriate

Starting on March1, 2019 the ECare service will be decommissioned and commencing on March 4, 2019 customers can access the new “MY ACCOUNT” link on the top of our web page.

Your current log-in (for ECare) will be active and by clicking the “Forgot Password” link, you can start the process of selecting your new password and then access the new portal.

While the process is designed to be user friendly, if you experience any difficulty in accessing the new portal, please call 519-688-3009 (8am -5pm Monday to Friday) and our Customer Service Team will be ready to assist you.

Once you have gained access to the new Customer Portal, you will find a “Point & Click” style software that is designed for easy navigation. Again, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
