Moving inside Tillsonburg
Moving within Tillsonburg will require you to close your existing account, and open a new account for your new property.
- Notify THI at least two business days prior to your move
- Request a meter reading and have your account finalized
- Sign a new contract (in person) for the new location
- Provide 2 pieces of identification
- Provide a security deposit (requirement may be waived depending on your THI payment history)
Moving outside of Tillsonburg
THI only services properties within the Town of TIllsonburg. If you are moving outside the community, you’ll need to close your account with us and arrange service with your new utility company.
- Notify THI at least two business days prior to your move
- Request a meter reading and have your account finalized
- Complete an online form with your account information and provide your forwarding address
