Make a payment
When it’s time to make a payment, THI offers you several options. To avoid interest charges or service interruptions, please ensure you allow sufficient time for the payment to reach us by the due date.
Pre-authorized payment
Sign up for pre-authorized payments and the amount owing will automatically be deducted from your bank account. You will continue to receive a bill every month detailing your account charges.
Pay online/phone through your financial institution
You may also pay your bill through a bank, trust company or financial institution using the provider’s online banking or pay-by-phone service.
- Add Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. as a payee through your financial institution’s online/telephone banking system
- Enter your 10-digit THI account #
- Print a copy of your payment and/or record your confirmation # for proof of payment
- Allow up to three days for processing
Pay at a financial institution
Most financial institutions will accept bill payments at their local branch offices.
Bring your remittance stub (upper portion of your bill) showing your 10-digit THI account #
Retain your stamped receipt as proof of payment
Allow one week for processing
Pay in person
Payments can be made at the Tillsonburg Customer Service Centre (10 Lisgar Ave between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
Payment options include cash, cheque, debit card or money
Please ensure you bring your remittance stub (upper portion of your bill) with you.

- Do not send cash through the mail
- Ensure that your remittance stub (upper portion of your bill) is enclosed with your payment
- Make cheques payable to Tillsonburg Hydro Inc.
- Include your 10-digit account # on your cheque
- Allow one week for processing

Pay by credit card
To avoid a disconnection, THI offers emergency credit card payments through a third-party credit card processing agent. Please note that additional service fees will apply.
