The ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is affecting the delivery of Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. bills and payments sent by mail. Customers are reminded that they remain responsible for keeping accounts up to date during the postal service interruption. Pay online, by phone, or in person to stay up to date on your account.

Tillsonburg Hydro will be introducing a new customer portal Engage360. With Engage360, you will be able to access this portal using virtually any electronic device, including your smartphone. With many self-serve features, you will be able to better monitor your usage and make decisions to reduce your electricity consumption and save you money.
Please be advised that some Tillsonburg Hydro customers are receiving fraudulent emails pretending to be from our Customer Service staff (info@tillsonburghydro.ca). The email asks you to check your account and asks you to click on a button.
Tillsonburg Hydro never requests payment over the phone. If you receive a call requiring a payment for an overdue balance on your account or a threat of disconnection, it is a scam.
