Fraud Alert: Phishing email
Please be advised that some Tillsonburg Hydro customers are receiving fraudulent emails pretending to be from our Customer Service staff (info@tillsonburghydro.ca). The email asks you to check your account and asks you to click on a button.
Scam targets Tillsonburg Hydro customers
Tillsonburg Hydro never requests payment over the phone. If you receive a call requiring a payment for an overdue balance on your account or a threat of disconnection, it is a scam.
