Have you received a phone call requesting immediate payment to prevent disconnection? Please be advised that Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. will never request payment over the phone, and notice periods are always given before disconnections.
If you receive a call requiring a payment for an overdue balance on your account or a threat of disconnection, it is a scam.
