How to get started with Engage360

Tillsonburg Hydro is transitioning to a new Customer Care Portal, Engage360. To learn more about how to use the new portal, please make a selection below:

Choose this option if you did not use the previous customer care portal and have not registered for Engage360

Choose this option if you used ECare previously or already registered for Engage360

Why use Engage360?

When you register to view your THI account online, you'll have access to great tools including:

  •  View Smart Meter consumption data
  •  View and Pay your bills online (you'll be automatically enrolled in ebilling)
  •  Review your transaction and payment history
  •  Analyze and download electricity usage
  •  Add multiple accounts to your web profile

Engage360 offers these additional features: 

  • Guest Access – This feature will allow you to grant read-only access to friends or family allowing them to assist in managing your account.
  • Switching Price Plans – If your account is eligible to switch between TOU, Tiered or ULO Price Plans, you will be able to make an educated decision and request a switch to your new Price Plan without the need to fill out a form or contact our office.
  • Enhanced download options (Excel, CSV, PDF)
  • Links to financial institutions for online payments
  • Payments by credit card with Paymentus (service fee applies)
  • View current and past bill inserts
  • Links to a variety of conservation tips and to government assistance programs

For New Customers

1. Find one of your printed Tillsonburg Hydro bills (if you have one*). You'll need two pieces of information from it.

  • Your account number (located in the top right-hand corner of the first page)

  • Your meter number (located at the bottom of the second page)

 

2. Go to the Customer Care Portal – Engage360. On the right-hand side of the page, click on the "Register Now" button.

3. Fill in all the required fields starting with your account number and meter number.

*If you do not have a bill yet, click on Continue Here link (shown above) to allow you to set up your access to Engage360. You can link your new account or guest access after setup is complete.

For Existing Customers

If you previously used eCare, our old customer care portal, your data will be automatically migrated to Engage360.

When our new portal is ready, you'll receive an email with information about you new account sent out from donotreply@tillsonburg.ca. 

Once you have received your account information by email, you can sign up for eBilling using these steps:

  • Sign into you Engage360 account
  • Select My Profile
  • Choose Accounts TAB
  • Choose which account you want to switch to eBilling by clicking on the address
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page you will see Paperless Billing
  • Slide the toggle on the right of the screen to make it (if it is blue, paperless billing has already been selected, there is no action required)
  • You will see a green box appear on the top-right corner indicating “Success. Paperless Billing Updated.”
  • If you choose to remove your enrollment in eBilling and get a paper bill mailed to you, slide the toggle to the left to make it grey.

NEW! With Engage360, you can also add Guest Access. This feature will allow you to have your bill made available to another person/e-mail address to allow them to assist in managing your account. You might choose someone in your company, or a family member.
